Barys99, try clearing cache. If that doesn't work, email the devs with a screenshot of your Denumald package purchase.

I can't use chat room[]
Hello administrator , I would like to report that ever since I reached level 60 in vampire fall origin I am unable to access the chat room and i've been having a hard time entering pvp, so I am asking the reason for this and I would like it if you gave me back access to use the chat room and pvp.
